Your tenants deserve the convenience of a rent payment
system that allows them to pay their rent on time, 24
hours a day via the phone, internet, direct debit or Bpay.
Your tenants should have access to a reliable system that
improves your income protection management and results
in faster processing of your income- with LJ Hooker you can.
Qantas Frequent Flyer Points
As a special offer made only by LJ Hooker, should you
decide to take advantage of this proposal, we will credit
your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account with 10,000 points
for each property over which you make us exclusive
property managers.
So for example, should we manage 20 of your properties
you would accrue, at no cost to you, 200,000 Frequent
Flyer Points.
Payment of Property Bills
As a convenience to you, if you require we are able to
track and pay any bills relating to the property from the
rental proceeds on your behalf, including Council Rates,
Body Corporate Fee’s and Power Water notices.
This service is free of charge and all notices which are
paid will be included in your monthly statement.
