ensures your property is promoted with the appropriate level

When we are advised your property will become vacant we will
do the following;
• Immediately advise you
• Place property on our in house vacancy board where
registered pre-approval tenants are advised
• 30 days prior to vacancy we will advertise the property
on the internet
• Selected properties will be advertised in the print media
• Include the property along with suitable photos on
our internally produced “Vacant Property” handout that is
produced and distributed from our office
• Ensure internet advertisements are uplifted and current

the leasing process
• Advise you immediately when any applications are
received
