Our property managers are vitally aware of the need for
constant communication and as a result make themselves
accessible to you, the client. Obviously every time you call the
office they aren’t necessarily going to be there (as an essential
part of effective property management is the inspection of
properties, showing properties, checking maintenance etc), they
do however have a routine that ensures that phone calls, faxes
and e-mails are returned as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We have found that where possible, if messages must be
left, e-mails are probably the best method of primary
communication because they make it possible to quickly and
reliably pass on all the information, record and file.
